3. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: c) In advance of the proposed works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit revised drawings showing the following information for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: i. Flashing details for junctions between the new extension and the Protected Structure. 1:10 details of all junctions between the extension and historic structure shall be provided. ii. A detailed methodology for the proposed structural works and interventions required to facilitate the enlargement of openings to the rear elevation shall be provided. iii. Revised plans / sections and elevations showing the omission of the alteration of the sash window on the stair landing shall be provided. The applicant shall reduce the height of the proposed extension to avoid impacting on the openings on the floor above. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
