3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of works commencing: i) Revised elevation drawings to show that the proposed windows at upper ground floor level of the return reflect the shape of the historic windows and are sashed. ii) A method statement for historic plasterwork repair and a reflective ceiling plan to show the extent of the repairs to be carried out. iii) A revised methodology based on an assessment of the levels of existing damp is to be shown on drawings. The proposed tanking system is to be omitted. iv) Revised floor plan drawings to show the omission of dry-lining from the bathrooms. v) A set of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services drawings to show all required interventions to historic fabric. Drawings shall detail strip out and enabling works and new interventions. vi) A comprehensive method statement for raking out and repointing the walls and any repair works to be carried out shall be provided, demonstrating that the works will be carried out in line with best conservation practice and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage’s Advice Series. vii) A photographic sample of the proposed roof light. viii) Details on the proposed installation including repair of the roof, service routes and the exact positioning of the panels, including demonstration of the visual impact of the panels, are to be submitted. ix) Drawings to show the proposed external front door and architrave at basement level. x) A photographic sample of the external finish for elevations and the roof of the outbuilding to be provided to the planning authority for written approval. xi) 1:50 elevation drawing of the proposed basement stairs to include photographic samples of materials and finishes.
