5. The requirements of DCC’s Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing no increase in the existing car parking quantum. The development shall be revised as follows: i. The omission of 2no. car parking spaces close to the main entrance of the retail unit. ii. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the commencement of the proposed use.
