11. The following Drainage requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: iv. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The proposals set out in the Engineering Services Report, dated August 2024, shall be implemented in full. Full details of these proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for approval prior to commencement of the development. vi. All surface water drainage infrastructure in areas to be taken in charge by Dublin City Council shall be constructed in accordance with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works. Prior to commencement of construction, full details of the infrastructure within these areas shall be agreed with the Planning Authority.
