4. For clarity, the front extension and porch shall project no more than 1.4m from the main front elevation of the house at ground floor level (or at first floor level in the case of the side extension) in accordance with the submitted ground and first floor plans. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised sectional drawing and roof plan which tally with the ground and first floor plans, and shall obtain the written agreement of the planning authority in this regard.
