10. The following requirements of the Engineering Department (Drainage Division) shall be complied with: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) prior to commencement of construction.
