2. The proposed alterations to the existing vehicular gate access shall include the retention of the existing wrought iron historic fabric. Drawings and details in this regard shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In order to protect the historic fabric of built heritage.
