8. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development the applicant/developer shall liaise with and seek written agreement from the Transportation Advisory Group (TAG) with regard to the amended footpath along Palmerston Villas and tie in with the existing footpath on Rathmines Road Upper including any changes to the curved radius of the junction. All works shall be at the expense of the developer. b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit for written agreement with the Planning Authority revised plans that detail the type of cycle parking and design and layout of the cycle parking accommodation. A minimum 21 cycle parking spaces and one cargo bike space shall be provided. All cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
