5. That the drainage arrangements be in accordance with the requirements of Dublin City c) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. The development shall incorporate proposed flat sedum roof. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
