3. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a. Prior to commencement of development the Applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority a revised drawing for written agreement, showing a combined vehicular / pedestrian entrance with a maximum width of 3.0 metres as close as possible to the boundary of No. 58 Hazel Road which has a minimum setback of 2.3 metres from the nearby street tree. The applicant shall construct the revised vehicular entrance in accordance with the revised drawing approved under this Condition.
