3. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall liaise with and seek written agreement from the Transportation Advisory Group (TAG) with regard the changes to the on-street parking bays, including the removal of section in front of the new vehicular access and the re-instatement of parking bay to the front of the existing / former vehicular access to be closed up on Cowper Road. All costs associated with required works shall be at the expense of the developer. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
