Description

16. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of Environment Heath Section of Dublin City Council: a) The construction of the development shall be managed in accordance with a Construction Management Plan. This Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to, prior to commencement of development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the Code of Practice for Construction and Demolition produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council.
