2. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority revised plans, elevations and particulars for the second-floor front bedrooms of units 2 to 6 inclusive to include proposals for improved outlook of these rooms to comprise additional high-level glazing or roof windows. Reason: in the interest of residential amenity.
