Description

11. Prior to the commencement of development the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details for the maintenance and management of the pedestrian and bicycle link between the application site and the TU Dublin Grangegorman campus. This shall include details of boundary treatment, and access arrangements to the campus. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity and orderly development.
