9. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (a) The Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit and cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Prior to the commencement of construction, the applicant shall submit revised plans detailing the quantum and type of cycle parking proposed for written approval with the Transportation Planning team and ensure the cycle parking is provided to Development Plan Standards.
