4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: (b) The applicant has indicated that the surface water and foul lines for this development exit to a combined sewer network. The foul and surface water sewers are separate in this area. The development is to be drained on a completely separate system with surface water discharging to the public surface water system and the foul water discharging to Irish Waters foul sewer system. If this is not the case then all existing sewers shall be verified on site. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
