Description

2. The development hereby approved shall be amended as follows: (i) The northern elevation of the block shall be amended to incorporate a greater amount of brick. In this regard the 2no. central sections of render shall be replaced with a high quality brick. Details of exact locations of brick, and brick type, shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of development on site. A panel of the brick(s) to be placed on site to enable the planning authority adjudicate on the proposals.
