4. Details of a colour scheme for the mast and any ancillary structures hereby permitted shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development, and the agreed colour scheme shall be applied to the mast and any ancillary structures upon erection. Reason: In the interest of the visual amenities of the area.
