2. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed construction traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a) Car parking spaces onsite shall be limited to maximum of 26 no. spaces, inclusive of a minimum of 2 no. accessible/disabled parking spaces. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the planning authority a revised site layout plan demonstrating the car parking layout onsite. b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement a Car Parking Management Plan. The plan shall include details of how parking onsite will be allocated and managed. c) A minimum of 100 no. bicycle parking spaces shall be provided on site. A detailed site layout plan indicating the location of the bicycle parking shall be submitted to the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Cycle parking shall be in situ prior to the occupation of the development.
