2. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed construction traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: e) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed construction traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. The CMP shall seek to minimise and prevent where possible construction traffic movements at school arrival and departure times.
