3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings for the written agreement of the planning Authority to show the following amendments. a) The proposed re-located vehicular entrance and new pedestrian entrance shall be omitted with the existing driveway entrance to be retained in its current location. b) Footpath and kerb to be dished and widened driveway entrance provided to the requirements of the Area Engineer, Roads Maintenance Division. Any changes to existing road line markings shall be agreed in writing with the Traffic Advisory Group. c) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer. d) The developer shall be obliged to comply with the requirements set out in the Code of Practice. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development, and to retain the on-street car parking bay.
