4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority's Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The development shall In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall confirm in writing the following for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i) How much original slate shall be salvaged in the proposed works, and the extent of new replacement slate required, noting that any new replacement slate (i.e. to be Blue Bangor slates) shall match the existing Bangor Blue slate on a like-for-like basis in terms of size, texture, colour, thickness, coursing etc.
