9. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division of Dublin City Council: ii) Details of the materials proposed in public areas and area to be taken in charge are required and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and shall be agreed in writing with the Roads Maintenance Division of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of development.
