3. The Applicant shall comply with the following conditions of the Conservation Section: b) Prior to commencement on site, the applicant shall submit the following to the Conservation Office for written approval: (i) Revised floor plans to omit one of the proposed ensuite bathrooms from the front rooms at first and second floor levels. The chimneybreast is to remain legible. (ii) Drawings indicating any interventions required to floors, doors or compartmentation in relation to a fire safety strategy. (iii) Drawings to show all required MEP services. Existing service runs will be reused where possible. The notching of floor joists or damage to decorative plasterwork is to be avoided. Any external vent outlets will be clearly shown. (iv) Method statements, as required, for the repair of historic fabric and features including to flat wall plaster, decorative cornicing, lath and plaster ceilings, skirting boards, floorboards, door and window joinery.
