3. The development hereby approved shall comply with the following: (a) The standing seam metal roofing shall be omitted from both dwellings and shall be replaced with a slate finish to match the existing dwellings in the area. Details to be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of development. (b) Details of the type and colour of the bricks to be used shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
