8. The Developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: a) A minimum of 12no. cycle parking spaces shall be provided in the vicinity of the dining hall. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Revised plans detailing the type, design and location of the cycle parking, shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority, prior to the commencement of the development. The cycle parking shall be in situ prior to the completion and operation of the extended dining hall. b) Prior to commencement of development, a plan illustrating the proposed locations of coach parking within the campus shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority. All coach parking should be close to the primary vehicular access points from Richmond Avenue South and/or Milltown Road.
