Prior to the commencement of works, the applicant shall provide for the review and written approval of the Conservation Officer an evidence-based justification for historically accurate pointing finish to brickwork of the façade and chimneystacks. The applicant shall provide photographs of any surviving historic pointing to the façade and chimneystacks of Number 53 Palmerston Road and /or to the neighbouring buildings within the same terrace.
