17. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a demolition contractor, a Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to for the written agreement of the planning authority. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the development, including traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of demolition waste. The Demolition Management Plan shall specifically address any points raised by TII and the applicant shall liaise with them during the development process.
