Description

Permission at Edenmore View Apartments Edenmore Avenue, Raheny, Dublin 5. The development will comprise; (i) the construction of 1 no. additional floor (649 sqm) over the existing 3 storey retail and apartment building, bringing it to 4 storeys in total. (ii) The new proposed third floor will accommodate 8 no. new apartments of 45-79sqm, comprising of 4 no. 1 bed apartments 2 no. studio apartments and 2 no. 2 bed apartments, all with balconies.
