33. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division; b) Following the written agreement of the Service Management Plan, all works proposed on the public road in particular the proposed loading/set down areas on Castleforbes Road, shall be subject to written agreement and approval from the Planning Authority. Any works to the public road and the public realm including road and footpath modifications shall be carried out at the applicant/developers’ expense at no cost to Dublin City Council and to the detailed requirements of the Environment and Transportation Department. All materials should be agreed in detail with Dublin City Council and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council.
