Description

3. Prior to the commencement of development a landscape plan prepared by a suitably qualified person shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. The landscape plan should detail the following: a) Remaining elements of an historic hedgerow along the western boundary of the land retained on site; b) the extant tree canopy along the boundary with the Phoenix Park to be augmented with additional high quality and semi mature trees.
