4. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: (b) Prior to commencement of the development, a revised car parking strategy incorporating a reallocation of car parking spaces for the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This shall include a reduction in non-residential provision by reallocating 4 no. spaces to residential use and a substantial increase in car share provision. Opportunities for 100% car share for residential use on site shall be reviewed and this review shall inform the revised car parking strategy.
