7. The scope of all works shall be agreed with the Conservation Office on site and following details in relation to external landscaping shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. a. The final External Landscaping scheme including materials to the ramp and the ramp path. b. Details of the proposed water feature in the reflective garden. c. A drawing indicating the proposed pattern of the grey and cream granite setts in the Reflective Garden. d. Details of the finish and head detail to all retaining walls. e. Details of the finish and colour of the new nest pole fittings.
