4. The following requirements of the Engineering Department – Drainage Division shall be strictly adhered to: (d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water with a minimum requirement of a 1 stage treatment approach. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
