9. Mobility Management (b) Details of the mobility hub shall be submitted for written agreement prior to the commencement of development. This shall include details of the location and layout of the hub, identifying intended service users including designation of spaces for car and bicycle share providers, details of any internal wayfinding signage and line markings in the car parking area. All necessary works shall be provided at the developers own expense and shall be fully completed prior to the operation of the development.
