EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed alterations/ improvements to the existing pre-cast concrete ramps and wals at the rear of 16 St Stephens Green, and internal works altering the internal area underneath one of the ramps, are exempted development. Clarity is also sought on whether works involving the creation of a temporary opening in part of a modern concrete wall located to the rear of Stephen Court, Nos 18-21, Dublin 2 is exempted development.
