2. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; b) The following detailed schedules shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer and further to the preparation of site exemplars as necessary: Masonry cleaning, raking of cementitious pointing, brick repairs, wig pointing, and render sample.
