3. Alterations: The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority: a. The dormer shall be reduced to a width no greater than 3.4meters and shall be centrally located on the rear roof plane. b. One number front facing roof light over the attic landing shall be permitted (adjacent to no. 10 Ardmore Avenue) and shall be placed as possible with the front roof plane with the frame coloured to blend with the roof finish as best as possible. The applicant shall omit the other two additional front rooflights located in the centre and adjacent to no. 12 Ardmore Avenue. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, revised drawings complying with the above requirements.
