13. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: f) The relocation of the loading bay on Macken Lane and changes to existing line markings shall be agreed with the Traffic Area Group (TAG) prior to the completion of the development. Any works shall be at the applicant’s expense.
