Description

5. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority the details and schedule of works adjacent to the railway line that address the matters referred to by Irish Rail in their submission on this application dated 24th January 2022. Any works associated with the proposed development including boundary treatments and landscaping shall ensure that the integrity of the railway line is maintained.
