g) The applicant shall provide the following for the written agreement of the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: I. The applicant shall provide a list of all surviving historic fabric that will be repaired/fire upgraded/refurbished and retained within the proposed works, including historic doors, architraves, windows and linings, plaster ceilings and cornices, timber floor boards and other floor finishes, and all other historic fabric and shall clearly indicate the extent of proposed repointing/cleaning/repair works to brick and stonework on facades, to indicate the conservation gain arising from the proposed works. Record floor plan to be provided of all extant historic floor finishes at ground floor in particular, when a full survey is possible, to inform proposed floor finishes.
