4. The following requirements of the Conservation Section shall be complied with: a. (iii) The applicant shall submit revised drawings showing the north boundary wall with the proposed vehicular entrance reduced to 2.6m in width. (iv) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit a marked up drawing, cross-referenced against a set of detailed photographs demonstrating the extent and nature of any repairs required to the historic boundary wall. This shall be accompanied by a detailed methodology. Samples for the proposed new brickwork, coursing and repointing of the historic boundary wall shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer in advance of this package of work commencing. (v) All existing original features, in the vicinity of the works shall be protected during the course of the proposed works. The applicant shall submit a conservation specification and methodology for the necessary mitigation measures to ensure the protection of the Protected Structure in the course of construction. Reason: To ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained and that the proposed repair works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice with no unauthorised or unnecessary damage or loss of historic building fabric.
