8. Car Parking Layout a) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall engage with the Environment and Transport Department of the Planning Authority, to revise and finalise the eastern and western site access points and the service yard layout to ensure effective access and egress for all vehicles and pedestrians in the site, including identifying pedestrian and bicycle routes through the site. b) An updated Stage 1 Road Safety Audit of the revised layout and any subsequent amendments required by the Planning Authority shall be submitted for agreement. c) Details of and location of any barriers to be provided at the entry/exit points shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. d) All works to the car park/hard surfaced area within the site and adjoining the public road shall be implemented prior to the operation of the development and shall be at the applicant/developers own expense.
