7. Works to Public Road/Public Realm a) Prior to commencement of the development full details of all potential works to the public road and the public realm, including any necessary upgrades and crossings on Crumlin Road and the location of the totem signage shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Materials shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. Any works to the public road and the public realm including provision/removal of road markings, signs, junction layouts, road and footpath modifications, lighting, drainage and materials considered acceptable to Dublin City Council shall be carried out at the developer’s expense. All works shall be completed prior to the full operation and occupation of the development.
