5. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority c) There is an existing public surface water sewer running through the site. A clear minimum distance of three metres shall be maintained between sewers and all new structures on site. No additional loading shall be placed on this sewer. Any damage to it shall be rectified at the developer's expense. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
