7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor the following shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement: I. Traffic management shall be set-out in a Construction Traffic Management Plan providing details of the traffic management programme, routing and access arrangements, estimated vehicle numbers and phasing, traffic management, cumulative construction traffic impacts within the Newmarket Square and surrounding roads and management of safety and monitoring measures and applicable licenses and permits requirements.
