Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide 1:50 sectional elevation drawings of all new railings from both sides for written agreement of the Conservation Officer. b. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide 1:20 drawings of all proposed new fire doors on ground, 1st and 2nd floor levels for written agreement of the Conservation Officer.
