Description

2. The Developer shall comply with the following air and noise requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: a) All recommendations contained within the Sharps Redmore Acoustic report (dated the 21st of July 2023 and submitted as part of this planning application on the 10th November 2023), must be implemented fully and approved in writing by the planning authority before any use commences. After the implementation of the recommendations contained within the report further acoustic testing should take place to review the effectiveness of the noise mitigation measures in situ. The results of the testing must be submitted for the written approval of the Planning Authority and further remedial measures as determined by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit must be implemented in full prior to commencement of use.
