0EXPP: Whether the following works at 5-9 Frederick Street South is or is not exempted development: (i) Remodelling of part of the existing fourth floor to its eastern elevation to include: a. Reprofiling of fourth floor at its eastern end to remove the partial mansard roof element, to be replaced with a flat roof to match remainder of existing roof; b. Associated minor increase in height of this element of the roof from 2.90 metres to 3.75 metres from floor level to top of roof, and c. Replacement of existing facade glazing to eastern facade to include 2 no. new doors in lieu of existing glazing, and d. Cladding of the existing stone on the eastern facade at fourth floor level with aluminium cladding to match existing. (ii) Local amendments to eastern facade at ground floor level comprising of: a. Cladding of the canopy structure above the main entrance door in a brushed aluminium cladding to match existing, b. Cladding of existing facade stone below the entrance canopy with an aluminium cladding to match existing. c. Replacement of two existing windows, one either side of the existing entrance door, with a new window extending to ground floor level to the south of the entrance door and a new door to the north of the entrance door. d. Replacement of existing glazed double entrance door with new powder coated aluminium entrance doors and reprofiling of arch above the door with a flat soffit above door.
