4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division of Dublin City Council: i) A minimum 1.8m of the set back on Dunville Close shall be allocated as a public footpath and shall be constructed to taken in charge standards. The proposed 2 no. steel bollards shall be omitted and the footpath shall tie in with the existing concrete footpath on Annesley Park and the concrete footpath in front of No. 3 Dunville Close. Details of the materials proposed in public areas is required and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. An updated plan outlining the details and materials proposed shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Road Maintenance Division prior to commencement of works.
